Goodbye 2010

2010, what can I say...you were quite a year!  

I built a bookshelf in the empty spot in my basement, and sold a ton of things on KSL to de-clutter our lives. Was shocked at how life changing it is to let stuff go...in a good way.

Matt and I created a little family internet business that generates a little spending money and has been an answer to our prayers.  

I became the mother of a teenager, whoa... it's been a rollercoaster ride for sure!  

I learned how to spend time alone and  I found that even though all my kids are in school now I am somehow busier that ever.  

I finally won the war over my addiction to diet coke

I gave up sugar and carbs for two whole weeks (almost killed me) and I got a gym membership and actually used it 4 days a week and finally got in shape.

Spent 4 days at Bear Lake with my ladies, had 11 days of pure heaven in Mexico, 4 days of silly fun with my parents and sis in Denver, 3 days of heaven in Disneyland, and 1 day of terror at Antelope Island where I nearly watched my son die (or so I thought)

Watched my nephew show some astounding bravery and recover from years of illness (thank you Primary Children's Hospital). 

And lastly, I don't know why, but I actually enjoyed Christmas for the first time in many many years.  Happy New Year!  I think 2011 is going to be even better!
